Privacy notice

The short version

This site has no analytics, no advertising trackers and no third-party cookies. The only personal information we hold is what you type into the contact form, and we use it to reply to you.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we store:

• The details you provide: your name, email address, and optionally your company, phone number, the service you are interested in and a budget range.
• Your message.
• The time of submission and the fact that you ticked the consent box.
• Your browser user agent and the page you arrived from, which help us diagnose submission problems.
• A salted hash of your IP address. We do not store the address itself. The hash exists only so we can limit how many submissions come from one source per hour, and it cannot practically be reversed to recover your IP.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, and to keep a record of enquiries so we can follow up on conversations we have already started. We do not use it to build a marketing profile, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Who processes it

We use a small number of service providers who process this data on our behalf:

• Supabase hosts the database where submissions are stored.
• Resend delivers the notification to us and the confirmation email to you.
• Vercel hosts and serves this website.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone beyond these providers.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Where an enquiry leads to work, the correspondence is kept for as long as we have a business relationship, and then for as long as we are required to retain records relating to it.

Your rights

You can ask us to provide a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@avenloop.com and we will action it within 30 days. You do not need to justify the request, and asking will not affect any ongoing conversation.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Nothing on these pages tracks you between visits or across other websites.
