Software that still feels fast a year after launch.
We are a small team of senior engineers building web and mobile products for companies that have to live with the result. Fixed scopes, performance budgets agreed before the first commit, and a codebase your team can take over.

Six things we do, and nothing we don't
Each of these is a discipline we staff with senior people. If a project needs something outside this list, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
Web Development
Production web applications in React, Next.js and TypeScript, with performance budgets agreed before the first commit.
Mobile Development
Cross-platform iOS and Android apps in React Native and Expo, with release pipelines set up from day one.
UI/UX Design
Product design and design systems built for handoff, with tokens and states that map one-to-one onto code.
SEO Optimization
Crawlability, structured data and Core Web Vitals work for JavaScript-heavy sites that search engines struggle with.
Cloud Solutions
Infrastructure as code, deployment pipelines and observability, scaled to your real traffic rather than an imagined future.
Security Audits
Application and infrastructure security review, reported with reproduction steps and specific fixes rather than a scanner dump.
No account managers, no bench, no lock-in
Small studios promise attention and then subcontract the work. These are the specific commitments we make instead, and you can hold us to each one.
Senior engineers only
The people scoping your project are the people writing the code. No handoff to a junior bench.
Fixed-scope sprints
Two-week increments with a defined deliverable, so budget and progress stay legible.
Performance budgets
Core Web Vitals targets agreed up front and enforced in CI, not measured after launch.
You own everything
Source, infrastructure and accounts are yours from day one. No proprietary lock-in.
Four stages, and you can stop after any of them
Discovery is deliberately sold separately. You get a written scope and a fixed quote, and you are free to take both elsewhere.
- 01
Scope
A short paid discovery to pin down the problem, constraints and success criteria. You leave with a written scope and a fixed quote, whether or not you continue with us.
- 02
Design
Interface and architecture decided together before implementation starts. We prototype the risky parts first, so surprises surface in week one rather than week eight.
- 03
Build
Two-week sprints against the agreed scope, with a deployed preview environment from the first sprint. You review working software, not status decks.
- 04
Hand over
Documentation, tests and a walkthrough with your team. We stay on for a support window, then step back cleanly, leaving a codebase someone else can pick up.
We would rather show you the real thing
We have not published case studies yet, because the ones worth writing involve work we do not have permission to describe. Here is what we can offer instead.
A walkthrough of real code
We will screen-share a production codebase we maintain and talk through the architecture decisions, the parts we would do differently, and why.
Direct client references
We will introduce you to people we have delivered for, so you can ask about scope changes, deadlines and how we behaved when something went wrong.
A paid discovery sprint
The lowest-risk way to evaluate us. One to two weeks, fixed fee, and you keep the scope document and technical plan whether or not you continue.
Tell us what you are building
Send a few lines about the problem, the deadline and any constraints. You will get a reply from an engineer within one business day, not a sales sequence.
